Office Spaces

At HILCO, we have a total of 35 office spaces, including 20 finished and 15 unfinished.
Our office spaces vary in size, ranging from 157 sq ft. for the smallest to 2,547 sq ft. for the largest.
From small offices to spacious conference rooms, each room features large open windows.
We provide free WIFI and cover all utility bills.
While we maintain the building, renters are responsible for their own space.
You are welcome to personalize your space with paint and decorations. Rent is due monthly, and tenants have full access to the building.
Ample parking is available, along with wheelchair access and an elevator on every floor.
